Week 18 – only 2 more to go after this and then you can have a VERY well deserved break!

Week #18 – Daily Tasks:-
Monday – 15 minute purge (Day 86)
Tuesday – Shower caddy focus (Day 87)
Wednesday – Heel to toe is the way to go! (Day 88)
Thursday – Light switch clean (Day 89)
Friday – Fix a problem (Day 90)
Have a picnic this weekend – either with your partner, with the family, or with a group of friends – get out and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air.
Grab a blanket, pack some of your favourite foods, and find a shaded area to relax for a few hours.
The location is all important, and knowing whether you want casual, quiet, activities around, countryside etc…. – will make your decision making easier.
Some great ideas for what to pack for food are as follows (basically things that are easy to eat, and that travel well):-
- Crusty bread with cheeses and cured meats (my personal favourite!)
- Mini quiche / sausage rolls
- Pasta salads
- Dips / breadsticks / crudites
- Sandwiches / Wraps
- Brownies / Cookies
You could also pack a bat and ball to play some games, or a magazine/newspaper if you plan to relax a bit more. Even an ipod with some music would be fantastic!
Let your mind go wild and make it a real occasion – you will love the change of scene and feel great afterwards!
