Can you believe we are in week 11! I simply don’t know where this year is going – we are already over a quarter of the way through – how time flies!
Seriously though, if you are like me and wondering where time goes, just think how quickly the year will have gone and what you could do with the time if you really focus your energies on all these small tasks.
You could even do the same with a project you are trying to do at the moment – if you are always saying you have no time, then what about splitting your work up into small easily manageable chunks, and aiming to get a little completed each day, or week.
Go for it – who knows where you’ll be this time next year!
As usual, here are all the details of the daily tasks for this week (simply click on each day of the week to be taken to the details of the task) – Good luck x
Week #11 – Daily Tasks:-
Monday – Lightbulb Clean (Day 51)
Tuesday – Picture Straightening (Day 52)
Wednesday – Meal Plan Update (Day 53)
Thursday – Shower screen clean (Day 54)
Friday – 5 Year Plan (Day 55)
This week its going to be about focusing on your social time, with friends and family.
Check your diary and ensure you have got all the social things you want to do booked in over the coming months – plan ahead so time doesn’t run away with you.
All too often its our social time that falls by the wayside when we are struggling for time.
However, this time is crucial in keeping you happier, and therefore you will be able to get more done when you have to knuckle down at home or work.
I advise writing a list of everyone who you want/need to see, and how often you would ideally like to see each person. This will give you a good idea of what you can fit into your diary so that you can balance time with friends, family, children, your partner, and yourself.
As a family we try and have every other weekend as our own family time – time to catch up on errands and jobs, time to be a family, and time to relax after busy weeks. We then book in visits to other people, and having guests at our home for every other weekend too. Sometimes this means a group BBQ so we get to see lots of friends in one go, or maybe a day out with some families. If we are clever with how we socialise, we can see everyone we want to see without it becoming burdensome and tiring.
Hope this helps!
How are you going?
Whether you are doing the tasks all in one go, or one a day, I would love to hear how you are finding them.
Let me know what your favourites are, and what you like the least! Hang on in there though – its so worth it!
